Every Little Bean order is freshly roasted before it's sent out. Because great coffee starts before it even reaches your door.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $99 this is calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are roasted and packed fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. You'll receive an email with tracking information once it's on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Standard Shipping

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that express shipping applies to the delivery time only — all orders still require 2–3 business days for roasting and processing before dispatch.

Shipping Within Australia Only

We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care packing every order. If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days at support@littlebean.com.au with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll make it right.

Please note: Little Bean is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Double-check your details before placing your order!

Wrong Address?

If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@littlebean.com.au. We can update your address before dispatch, but once your order is with the courier we are unable to redirect it.
